On Thursday, September 26, over 300+ Northeast Ohio business leaders came together to attend EDGE’s Executive Forum on Future Factories: A Symposium of Talent, Technology & Tactics – which featured Mike Paton, author of Get a Grip and co-author of Traction and discoverer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). He is an award-winning speaker, best-selling author, Certified EOS Implementer™, and the Visionary for EOS Worldwide.

EDGE partnered with MAGNET, Cleveland Engineering Society, Greater Cleveland Partnership and Manufacturing Works to present this half-day conference with an engaging keynote presentation from Mr. Paton, and EDGE members benefited from a targeted workshop with him and other EOS implementers, who guided EDGE-affiliated leadership teams through proven methods to improve business performance, increase business cadence, and frame and deliver more effective staff meetings. In addition, everyone enjoyed the rousing lunch speaker, Dan Quiggle, author of Lead Like Reagan: Strategies to Motivate, Communicate, and Inspire.
