Emerging Leaders & Rising Professionals

The EDGE Emerging Leaders Series is for new leaders who are in the first-time role of supervising others or preparing for this type of role. This group is also for early-career leaders who may not have had formal training and want to sharpen their leadership skills. The EDGE Rising Professionals Series is for an organization’s early-career professionals (GenZ and Millennials) who are individual contributors.

The EDGE Rising Professionals Series is for an organization’s early-career professionals (GenZ and Millennials) who are individual contributors. A carefully curated curriculum of eight professional-development half-day programs ensures these young rising leaders are prepared to make even greater contributions to the mid-market enterprises they work for.

The EDGE Emerging Leaders Series is for new leaders who are in the first-time role of supervising others or preparing for this type of role. Eight leadership development half-day programs begin with exploring the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment and understanding personality preferences and the impact on communication, work relationships, and leadership. With a major focus on applying new skills to everyday challenges, each session builds on the one before it for a comprehensive deep dive into the leadership proficiencies needed in today’s mid-market businesses.

Both programs help these early-career professionals:

  • Learn and then put into practice those concepts that will help them become more effective leaders, helping to build lifelong business skills.
  • Share successes and obstacles with other early-career leaders to learn what they are doing and how to overcome challenges.
  • Network and build trusting relationships with others who are in similar situations and career stages. These relationships have the potential of lasting participants’ entire careers.

Duration. Each series meets mornings eight times in 2021-2022.

Cost. $1,500 for the first enrollee. $1,000 for each additional enrollee.
