Sam Brenner, VP Marketing, Boxcast shared his career journey with the EDGE Rising Professionals. During this open dialogue session Sam discussed with the group how to maximize their relationships around at work and how to optimize their professional efforts and perception in the workplace through thinking about their management style, managing up, maximizing the mentor/mentee experience and the payoff of patience. Sam shared his words of wisdom that have helped guide him to where he is today:
