What: This is a confidential, exclusive peer group that will be discussing best practices and industry trends at an in-person executive forum. You’ll also have the chance to network with your peers, share your knowledge, and gain valuable insight into the current trends and best practices of human resources. This group and the series of events is an excellent way to stay ahead of the game and ensure that you are up to date on the latest HR strategies and solutions.
The topics may include Post Pandemic Implications and Workplaces, Employee Value Proposition and Employee Engagement, Hiring, Managing Rising Benefits Expenses, Labor Issues, Performance Evaluation, Onboarding, Employment Law, Succession Planning, Generational Differences, and more. Topics are flexible and customized according to the needs of the attendees.
Who: Human Resources heads and leaders (such as VPs of HR, Chief HR Officers) from Northeast Ohio by invitation only.
Facilitator: Megan Mayhugh, Founder and Managing Director of People Architects. Meg is a Human Resources leader and consultant in Cleveland, Ohio. She has led Talent and Recruiting at National City/PNC and was HR department head at Bridgewater Associates. She returned to Cleveland and took on other executive HR roles including, Chief People Officer at Dealer Tire, Chief Growth Officer at Talent Launch and ERC, Chief of Staff at Insight2Profit, consultant/organizational expert at McKinsey. She has always helped companies strategically navigate and adapt to enterprise-wide change while focusing on employee engagement, driving business results, and improving the bottom line.
