In these days of talent crunch, pressure to innovate, speed of trust and diversifying, global markets, “inclusive” is more than just code for hiring and promoting minority candidates.  Esteemed author, Professor and Chair of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Dr. Diana Bilimoria, will lead the workshop on “Inclusive Leadership.”

You’ve undoubtedly noticed the vast demographic, cultural and generational shifts happening in our workplaces today.   Indeed, the very definition of leadership is changing before our eyes, and the models of management, communication, learning and planning are changing along with it.  At the core, we all need to do a better job at engaging ourselves and our teams in shaping and executing strategy, aligning via values and purpose, all so we can grow our companies and the value we create for customers, suppliers and employees.  Dr. Bilimoria’s talk will illuminate the current thinking on how this all happens.
