Hot Topic: Collaboration Strategies

March 31, 2022 | 8:20 - 10:30 a.m.

From employee relations and organizational cultures to customer and supplier relationships, to multi-company joint ventures, public-private partnerships and so on, collaboration is now a major force driving branding initiatives, innovation and all sorts of new value creation.

Join your peers on the morning of March 31 (8:20-10:30 a.m. via Zoom) for a live presentation and group discussion as we delve deeper into the realm of collaboration strategies.  Leading our discussion are Tom Furnas and John Lane of our region’s own Inglewood Associates.  John and Tom will share their expertise towards some of the following questions:

  • What are best practices in collaboration?  What can go wrong? What organizations do this well, and how do they do it?
  • How do you measure and extract the value of partnerships? When should I say “yes” or “no” to a potential collaboration?  When do we compete to “win” vs aiding in the success of others?
  • How do enabling technologies (like blockchain) change the landscape for the trust economy, smart contracts, etc.?
  • Who should be involved in developing collaborations?

Hot Topics sessions apply to all senior management associates (CEO, COO, CFO, HR, IT, MKT, etc.) as the subjects are systemic to the organization, rather than technical aspects of any one function.  Meetings are never pure lecture.  They are designed for you to engage, share knowledge, opportunities and challenges, and connect with each other as well as to the subject matter.
