Attracting, retaining and motivating a great workforce continues to be at the top of the list as far as challenges go for middle market companies.   The pandemic, wage competition, a workforce that is aging out, and transportation issues continue to present hurdles, but there may be new opportunities to attract workers relocating from larger cities, those looking for career change and perhaps changing some management structures to accommodate the new reality.

The session will be led by Ron Bower, Founder and President  of Brickpath Group.

Professionally facilitated CEO Roundtable meetings provide EDGE members with an opportunity to learn with and from leaders of other mid-size companies in Northeast Ohio facing similar challenges and opportunities in a trusting and confidential environment. Exchanges are robust and attendees are challenged to bring at least two takeaways back to their organization that can be immediately applied.
